The staff are superfriendly and accommodating, managed the parking on-site. It has a combination of a good service and a family ambience.

The room had a comfortable bed, an excellent bathroom, and came equipped with a TV offering satellite channels, climate control, and a personal safe.

Generally friendly and helpful.

Few staff can speak English. The person at reception was unaware of my arrival and it took them at least 20 minutes to find my reservation from Booked.net. I was also concerned that I paid double for the room, as I have forwarded my credit card details to Booked.net, but the hotel had no record of payment. I will therefor have to ensure that a double payment did not take place on my credit card statement. The ATM in the lobby did not accept my mastercard and neither did the restaurant credit card machine. It does not seem as if the restaurant and the hotel have the same owner. The restaurant refused to debit my hotel account for the dinner bill.

Away from metro, lot of walking around, check-in lasted about 1,5 hour, in the pool room close to the reception people smoke so heavily, that was already dangerous for fire

Salut reception and other service personnel require to be trained and be more courteous to the guest.

The value for money at Hotel Salut was unbeatable. The room was well-furnished and had all the necessary amenities. The location was convenient, with a supermarket and shopping mall within walking distance. The staff were polite and accommodating.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options.
